At this price, I expect the basics to be much better than this
Convenient location
Room smelled musty and bathroom smelled like drains weren’t functioning well. Window opened onto a shared balcony so not secure to leave it open to ventilate. Room also listed a balcony as a feature but window looked out across a dirty rooftop with bright lights shining into the room all night and no view of even the sky let alone anything else. A/c controls glitched out one night and started flickering so I had to cover up the screen for the night The coffee making facilities were just negate instant, no coffee pods or similar - I’ve had better in room coffee in cheap motels than this, and this room was not cheap! The elevator was slow to arrive despite their being several of them, and several times I (and other guests ) were taken up instead of down or vice versa, or to the wrong floor The staff were friendly but always seemed to be understaffed meaning long waits and reception and the bar even when it wasn’t particularly busy Overall it was an experience that would have been disappointing in a cheaper hotel, but is shocking for a room at £300 per night

Great stay, finally :)... except coffee
Huge improvements in every department in just 6 months (last time I've been here), so, huge congratulations to the whole team of all departments, none excluded. Very efficient, quick, kind and well trained staff. Please don't change :)
Coffee. Still and unfortunately. Undrinkable. Every day I had to go in my bedroom and make a Nespresso coffee.
