    Great communication and very professional service. All the necessary info is provided to you in advance of arrival and the team are very easy to contact. The studio apartment is small but nice, secure, and comfortable on a fairly quiet residential street.

    The advert is a bit misleading as it lists washing machine, tumble dryer, stovetop, and oven as facilities but these aren’t available. I mentioned this before and was told that these are in the larger apartments, but they appear on ads for all listings. I’m not sure if this is a mistake by booking.com but it needs to be changed. The apartment is pretty good value as it is for short-term stays.

    Good value small studio apartment in nice area.

    Nice, safe, clean, comfortable apartment with good wifi. The team managing the property is very professional, friendly, communicative, and helpful. All info is clearly and promptly provided and the level of customer service is a cut above what you typically find when booking London apartments. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a small studio for short-term trips.

    The ad lists a few facilities (washing machine, tumble dryer, stovetop, oven) that are not available in all rooms, even though they are advertised this way. When I queried this, I was told that additional facilities were available in bigger apartments at an extra price, but they appear in ads for all rooms. I didn’t receive a reply when I followed this up, which is the only reason I’ve marked the overall score down slightly.

    Denied access, falsely marked as a no-show and still waiting for a refund.

    Nothing. I was never given access to the property.

    The host failed to provide the full address or let me access the property, despite my repeated messages confirming that I was at the location. The host then falsely reported me as a no-show, and Booking.com initially refused my refund without properly checking the evidence in its own messaging system. Several days later, the case is still unresolved.
