Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir auch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Service. Nachdem wir eine Jacke im Zimmer vergessen hatten, wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Danijel für die freundliche Kommunikation und die Bereitschaft, uns die Jacke kostenlos nach Hause in die Schweiz zu schicken. Solche Gesten zeigen, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Expected more.
Breakfast is rich, tasteful and appropriate for the 5 stars hotel. Indoor pool is OK. Room is more or less OK (for the equipment, please see below), room terrasse is roomy and nice.
Armchairs in the entire hotel including rooms and bars are not comfortable. Chairs at the bar terrasse at level 2 are made for "circus artists" but not for regular people. Very difficult to rise from all of them. Apparently, the pseudo-exibitionism from the interior designer. Beds in the room are too low, difficult to get out from for some tall people, maintenance of the room is poor (not sure that vacum cleaner has been used each day; mirrors at the room - not bathroom were dirty particularly with special sunlights angle,

Bis auf die oben beschriebenen kleinen Mängel ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Im Bad war der Vergrößerungsspiegel unbenutzbar (nicht einstellbar, da mangelhaft montiert; keine Beleuchtung), aus der Duschkabine rinnt das Wasser beim Duschen, zu wenig Licht beim Spiegel für Frauen beim Schminken, die rechte Mischbatterie beim Waschbecken ist nur sehr schwer bedienbar! Der Frühstücksraum ist zu sehr heruntergekühlt, weshalb viele Gäste mit Jacken (zum Teil Daunen) und Pullovern beim Frühstück sitzen.
