Property’s location was very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed.
The property has two bathrooms, one common bathroom and one attached to the master bedroom. However, the common bathroom door doesn’t lock at all, and the shower holder is broken. The TV is also not working, and basic amenities like toilet paper were not provided. These are essential things that should be fixed and improved to provide a better guest experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lone Star Residence. The house is beautiful, brand new, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Its location is perfect: we were within walking distance of all the main amenities, with most places reachable in around 15 minutes on foot. Essential shops and services are just a 2-minute drive away, making the residence feel truly central and convenient. The location is also ideal for exploring the area. Jaffna city center is about 20 minutes away by car, while Chunnakam town center is only around 8 minutes away. The house itself was spotless, very well maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. We genuinely did not feel that anything was missing. It felt like a real home away from home, and we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. A special mention goes to the manager, Milkuthan, who was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, he made himself available and was always willing to help, despite living quite far from the residence. His professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. The owners were also incredibly lovely, welcoming, and thoughtful. They made sure we were properly settled in and comfortable from the moment we arrived. They kindly shared useful recommendations and even prepared a helpful guide for newcomers, which made discovering the area much easier. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience and for making our stay so enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated the hospitality, the comfort of the house, and the kindness of everyone involved. We would happily recommend Lone Star Residence to anyone visiting the area, and one thing is certain: we will definitely be coming back to stay at Lone Star Residence again!
