надо обновить кухонные принадлежности . нет бакалов для вина.

Unser Host Pietro war sehr freundlich, kooperativ und unaufdringlich. Die Wohnung in Top-Lage mit wenigen Schritten an der Treppe zur Metro, darüber in 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof, auch Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Kleiner Supermarkt und modernes Cafe mit großer Auswahl direkt um die Ecke. Authentisches, belebtes Arbeiter-Stadtviertel. Wohnung gleich im Erdgeschoss mit Treppe vom Hauseingang her, schöne hohe Räume und angenehmer Marmorboden, bei der großen Hitze draußen waren wir über gut funktionsfähige Klimaanlage äußerst froh und dankbar! Zwei Badezimmer waren ein schöner Luxus. Die Küche gemütlich und alles sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und sauber gehalten.
Die sonst gute Küchenausstattung dürfte um ein Geschirrhandtuch, eine Schöpfkelle und ein schärferes Messer erweitert werden.

Perfecta para pasar unos días en Roma
La ubicación es muy buena porque tiene el metro en la puerta con la línea principal que te lleva a los puntos céntricos de la ciudad. Barrio tranquilo con servicios de cafetería y supermercados cerca. La casa reúne todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Tiene aire acondicionado en los 2 dormitorios que se hace necesario si vas en verano.
A la cocina le hacía falta algo de menaje.

Very good location right next to a metro station. It's easy to get here from the airport and then get around Rome. Very good contact with the owner. I highly recommend it!
A washing machine would be useful.

Ottima posizione vicino la Metropolitana linea A. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Appartamento completo, climatizzato e provvisto di 2 bagni.
