    Tucked away against a forest, Loopre guesthouse is the perfect place to retreat into nature in Estonia. The site comprises of one guesthouse and several small cabins that you can rent. We traveled as a duo but we can see how this could be amazing for a retreat between friends as a group. The main house is an old, classic Estonian wooden house with its antique details like painted wood panelling, lace curtains vintage furniture and even antique gardening tools that are spread out on the lot. It is built right next to a small lake and there is even a functioning water mill and small bridge, allowing you to walk right over the lake on a wooden terrasse. The land surrounding the house and cabins is beautifully kept, with mowed grass and dozens of apple trees which were all full of delicious fruit when we visited in the middle of August. It was as if we stumbled into a fairytale! One of the trees in particular was probably at least four meters high, one of the oldest apple trees we’ve ever seen, while another had some of the largest “valge klaar” (white transparent) apples we’ve ever seen. We stayed in the larger house, which was equipped with hot water, fast electricity and included the following amenities: a small kitchen with a sink and stove, a boiler and coffee machine, a toilet with running water and a sink, a shower, a working fireplace and even a bookshelf with some Estonian classics. The room was warm, the bed and bedding clean and comfortable. All around recommended experience, which stood out for the care and cleanliness that has gone into upkeeping it.

    Omapärane koht. Pole just palju kohti kus saab ööbida veski juures. Kõik vajalik pli olemas. Vaikne,rahulik. Õues on väga ilus.

    On kohti mis vajaksid veidi üle vaatamist.
