Contact person unhelpful, broken things and no WiFi
-It was a big apartment. -I liked the mini products for bathroom and kitchen
-the curtains didn’t open so there was no access to the balcony/ terrace advertised in the pictures, also preventing the whole apartment from any natural light, which made the stay feel like living in a bunker. - the window in the bathroom was broken and taped with something dark - the tv screen was broken so there was no possibility to watch it - the password to the WiFi was incorrect and the person of contact was unable to provide us with the right password throughout the whole stay, which made working remotely impossible. -the fridge was leaking and we had to put a blanket we found so the whole kitchen wouldn’t end up in water -the contact person was unable to give us any information on which button to press in order to open the doors to the staircase, even after asking for it multiple times. - after calling the contact person to solve the internet problem, they seemed very irritated and ended up providing no solution throughly 4 days of our stay. - we found a key to the door to the staircase on our own, with no message nor any information about it. (Initially we got into the apartment by calling different neighbours until one finally let us in) -the code thw contact person provided to the main door was wrong and we had to search in one of the 3 different mails for the right one to access the apartment Even the thrash can was broken

When we checked in at night, the door to the building wouldn't open. We had to stand outside until the morning. 5 hours on the street. The property's phone didn't answer. No compensation was offered. No one even apologized. Terrible service.

Everything's fine.
I recommend it—great price, and it's fantastic having a terrace! Bus stops are very close, and the metro is fairly nearby. A Carrefour (open on Sundays, too) is just a 2-minute walk away. There is a 24/7 laundromat within a short walking distance. The code for the apartment door lock didn't work, but the host responded quickly to the report, and we were able to get in
