Brilliant location, service and standard of accommodation
The property was kept to an immaculate standard, great quality in furniture and the cleanliness was top class. The hearty breakfast choices were fantastic and varied to your choice. The location was great to explore the NW parts of the Lakes. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much to provide a truly excellent stay.

What a lovely and relaxing place to come back to after a busy day in the lakes, so peaceful and quiet.

Lords Seat is an exceptional B&B. Well placed, particularly for hiking, as well as the town of Keswick. John, our host, was most welcoming. There was a good choice of optons for breakfast. Facilities were exceptional all round, including private parking.

Perfect B&B for staying in the Lake District
Very friendly hosts, room is spacious, bathroom modern, bed comfortable and large, everything is very ckean and well thought of, delicious breakfast. Quiet location.
