    Great if aware of some of the considerations

    Very well located flat close to main road and Keswick. Well equipped flat in particular kitchen. Lovely views on forest and hills. Calm and well maintained building.

    Seems the only flat with no outside decking so impossible to have a coffee/ drink outside unless you go in common garden. Managed by a company with limited knowledge about the flat itself. Had asked about type of coffee pods required and was told the wrong thing, was told there was no bbq on site when there was a communal one, flat inside clean but windows with massive spider webs and communal areas not hovered, cutlery broken or missing, etc. lastly, do not go there during the 3 weeks of the religious festival (end of July/ early August) as area cannot cope with 15,000 additional people so parking, driving, bookings and visits are impossible..unless you want to spend your holidays queuing everywhere..

    A great stay!!

    Big and spacious, beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. Best of all…kitchen was so well equipped that they we were able to cook our family dinners comfortably. Washing machine, dryer and drying rack provided too. The flat was clean, well equipped and well maintained.

    Wifi connectivity was weak but I would note that it’s weak all over Keswick so not just at this property.

    Location was fantastic property was spacious and the grounds was added bonus with barbecue area the views was stunning from every room in the property and good transport links

    We found stains on carpet on arrival and also on dining room chairs curtains were afraid and chunks of plaster out of one of the bathrooms this is a shape as a property is beautiful it just needs to be ok kept and up to standard and it such a winning formula
