A beautiful apartment owned by a great host

Apartment is beautiful: nice, very comfortable, all amenities anybody may need. Signore Diego was an excellent host. He went on purpose to the train station to pick us up on arrival in La Spezia during a taxi strike in a rainy day. That attitude deserves to be highlighted. We are very grateful to him.

Nothing. Although location is not the most convenient in La Spezia, it's acceptable, and this is fully compensated by how nice and comfortable the apartment is.
