- Great location within walking distance of the Walk of Fame etc. - Clear instructions - Good parking - Washing machine and dryer worked fine
- We were disappointed with the apartment. The listing showed photos of a balcony, large nice windows and plenty of sunlight. In reality, we ended up in an apartment with hardly any windows and no balcony. If we opened the curtains, the view was of concrete in a dark shaft. A "dark hole" is the best way to describe the experience. • The WiFi kept dropping in and out, making it practically unusable. In several rooms the WiFi consistently didn't work at all. • Parts of the apartment are in need of an update - for example, many of the buttons on the keypad outside the door were so worn that we had to guess our way in, and panels and walls needed painting in several places. • The apartment didn't smell very good - an indefinable "sour" smell. • The air conditioning/ventilation was so loud that it was impossible to have it on if you wanted to sleep (perhaps that's why it smelled sour). • Noise traveled easily, and when there were other people in the hallway it was impossible to ignore - no matter how quiet they were. • The hot water took a very long time to arrive. It typically had to run for 5-7 minutes before it got warm - long enough that the first few times we only experienced cold water. All in all, we chose to leave early, as we felt locked in without any daylight.

בחדר יש מכונת כביסה, מייבש, מקרר - עוזר מאוד במהלך שהייה ארוכה, יש חניה חינם יש תמיד מישהו זמין שעוזר בכל שאלה ובכניסה לדירה, קיבלנו יום לפני את כל פרטי החדר והחניה לטובת קליטה מהירה
בקומת הקרקע החדר קרוב יחסית לאזור האשפה מה שגרם ליתושים ולזבובים היות ולא פינו האשפה לדעתי מחיר גבוהה ביחס לתמורה
