  Location is the only good thing as it's close to the beach.

  Communication with hosts were VERY poor. 1 hour after we landed we finally received the instructions to check in, just spammed 3 videos on where to find the key and where to go. Very stressed we would not be able to get in and the host left it very last minute to give us this information. Stated we would be reimbursed from all the issues, yet still have not heard back and will be pursuing this until we get a refund. The location is good, however the area is very run down and some dodgy people are staying in the block, made you feel unsafe. Not clean, dust and mess in the rooms, bed sheets were dirty. Facilities were not good, the tap was leaking and flooded the bathroom, causing us to LEAVE two days earlier than planned. Notified the host and she was very apologetic, stating she will refund the remaining days, however still no response regarding this. The host stated she has had to refund a lot of people due to the complaints made, I would not stay or recommend anyone to stay here.

  There was no WiFi and no toilet paper and every time I opend a cupboard there were bugs in there.But it had a good washing machine.

  Horrible feeling, to avoid…

  Horrible feeling, to avoid… The apartment is a clean and the terrace very tiny, but the host has been unpleasant in her effectiveness. She did everything possible to avoid fixing the issue of the wifi and entertainment TV depending on Wifi which I did not have for the 3 nights I spent in the apartment. I contacted several times the host who briefly argued that she credited the line and kept saying that I should reset a router, which I did. The router seems to be broken. She never responded to my several calls. Being not connected ruined totally my stay of 3 nights. On the hand, the indications to get to the apartment were confusing. The videos I received from the host had rather little thing to do with reality. I had hard time to get to the apartment. When I arrived, I surprisingly discovered how dirty is the entrance to the building with beer cans and garbage. The stairs and the couloirs are also dirty. There has been no cleaning during my whole stay. When I complained to the host thru messages concerning the lack of WiFi, she throw at me ‘You are welcome to leave the apartment and ask Booking to refund you’, which is very irrespecutful and too easy as an answer. I needed a solution not an extreme advice. I will never go back to this place and advise potential customers to be very cautious when renting this apartment. It seems that the host does not really care about the well being of her customers. I will strongly complain to Booking.com customer support.
