Good location , Clean appartment ,air condition and fans in the rooms
Appartment needs some fresh paint in areas ,kettle needs replacing ,plug sockets behind bed headboards not convenient , Shower tray in bathroom needs deep Cleaning or regouting around outside of glass area Also curtains on main door need to be hooked up properly. bin for toilet paper needs to a have a lid on it You could at least have a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge on arrival untill people get settled especially if you arrive on a late flight We have stayed in this complex a few times in other Appartments and we have found them better Do out of your control the pool bar issue needs to be rectified it doesn't look good and the children's pool needs maintenance as does the some of the main pool area.

Good location but not comfortable.
Communications with property manager was excellent
Air con unit is way to small for the property, barely made an impact. Hot water runs out after about 4 minutes. Sofa is absolutely filthy and could be easily cleaned. Only there 3 days and it did the job.

The staff in the restaurant were great and some of the owners and residents were friendly and helpful.
We arrived at the apartment to find 2 people in there, one lying on the sofa. We asked why and as they were Spanish didn't understand. I messaged the owner and waited a reply. Another owner let us change in his apartment and said he would look after our cases. We received a message about 1 hr later to say it was ready and had been cleaned (by the couple who were actually the cleaners) The apartment was not very clean. Shower walls dirty as was the floors and mirrors. The outside was also dirty. The cooker was filthy and the washing machine not much better. The cupboard under the sink was dirty which housed the bin. Stains on mattresses and no protectors either. The safe didn't lock and got no reply from owners. Would not call this a luxury apartment.

Cheap. Close to everything but 2/3 stars.
Location perfect close to everything
The toilet kept getting blocked. It was a little outdated. The shower water kept flowing out onto the bathroom floor. The sofa bed was rock hard so I had to share the double bed with my two kids while my husband slept on the couch. The double doors only had one curtain. So they gave us another which my husband hung up.
