A pleasant stay in an excellent location, with welcoming staff and great value for money.

The hotel offers very good value for money and enjoys an excellent location. The reception staff were courteous, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Natalia Osokina, the Sales & Site Manager, for her kindness and professionalism. She listened attentively to my concerns and took prompt action to address them. I truly appreciated her personal attention and the daily room cleaning that followed. My sincere thanks to Natalia and the entire hotel team for their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The only downside was that there was no on-site restaurant serving breakfast.
