friendly staff, but cheap for a reason
The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to issues, but there were a lot of issues. It is close to a little store and close to the beach but be careful walking down certain roads, some of the dogs are territorial and will bite!!
The photos have not been updated in a long time and the particle board furniture is falling apart. The water heater allows only 3 minutes of hot water, and you have to pay extra if you want to use towels, and you will make your own bed after you agree to rent the sheets. The space heater was broken upon arrival and yes they switched it out with another one, but that one broke the same week. The oven was also broken and they switched it with another one quickly. The water pressure in the kitchen sink goes from not working for a few moments to extremely high pressure and makes a mess if you’re not prepared for it. If you have pets, there is an extra pet fee, and random cats and dogs will show up at your door. There is also a very clear rodent problem. I paid for one month but left after 1 week.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Todo muy bien y con lo necesario.
No me gustó que dijera que estaba ubicado en la Pedrera y está en Punta Rubia. Los alrededores son muy agrestes, llenos de vegetación. No hay lugares para ir a comer en la zona. Podría considerarse publicidad engañosa..

Muy lindo alojamiento en Punta Rubia!
El departamento muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación muy buena, la playa de Punta Rubia increíble. De noche tranquilidad y el sonido del mar. Rodeado de vegetación!
Al estar rodeado de tanta vegetación, el departamento tenia un poco de olor a humedad cuando llegamos pero después al ventilar cada día ya no! La ducha tenia agua caliente muy poco tiempo, habia que esperar para bañarse. Tener en cuenta que sólo recibe pagos en efectivo, nosotros no habíamos leído correctamente.
