    Large room, good parking facilities and good location.

    There are absolutely no amenities. The basic things you expect and receive in hotels costing much less in Seoul, Busan and Jeju are not available. Totally disappointed seeing how much money a room costs here. There is no slippers, no bathrobe, no large towels (just small hand towels to dry yourself with), no coffee or tea in the room. The room has a nice large balcony but there is no furniture on the balcony and the sensor light is also very irritating as you cannot control the lights. I expected better from a Lotte resort and for the price I paid. Quite disappointed. Especially as the hotel has so much potential to be a really nice one.
