    My home in Hanoi

    From the collection at Hanoi airport to the delivery back 5 days later this was a masterclass in how hospitality should be. Stayed in a corner suite with access to the club lounge, and considering I could have had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lounge at no additional cost it makes the Lotte Hotel good value. Put this next to an equivalent London / Paris / New York hotel the cost would have at least doubled.

    5 star hotel in the centre of Hanoi with reasonable rates and professional service

    Perfect service from the Reception desk received from Jerry on arrival and departure. I stayed in Room 5413 from 4 - 7 October 2026. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big screen TV and a minibar. And not to forget the views on West Lake and the city from my room, the breakfast room om the 63rd floor and the afternoon and evening views from the open air bar and viewing area on the 65th floor - the Top of Hanoi. 🫠 I had a buffet breakfast each morning with a good selection of cold and warm dishes. Right next to the hotel is a modern shopping centre which includes a large supermarket. . The Concierge summoned a Grab taxi everytime I needed one to visit a nearby tourist attraction at a price of 2 - 4 USD per ride, which was extremely reasonable. What I value a lot, is the fact that I had peaceful sleeps every night withkut hearing traffic noise or noise coming from neighbouring rooms. This is a 5 star hodel with very reasonable rates. I RECOMMEND this hotel. And will stay there again when on a visit to Hanoi in future.
