Udsigten fra tagterrassen var flot. Her har man en flot udsigt til solnedgangen, og til det store fyrværkeri show, som afholdes hver aften. Beliggenheden i byen var også rigtig fin. Det er det positive ting, jeg kan sige om dette sted.
Mange faciliter som stod listet på Booking.com var ikke til stede. Bl.a. Minibar, Køleskab på værelset, Spa- og wellnescenter, Privat strand, lydisolerede værelser. Personalet var meget, meget unge, og kunne kun meget få ord på engelsk. De kunne ikke hjælpe med selv basale service informationer til turister. Morgenmaden var uden kaffe og te. Ville man have kaffe, skulle dette tilkøbes til et ekstra gebyr på 5% pga. de ikke laver kaffe på stedet, men henter det i en nærliggende cafe. Te kunne de ikke lave. Hvis vi var heldige fik vi et glas vand til morgenmaden, men de fleste dage glemte de det. Det er samme personale som både er i restaurenten og i hotellet, og de har tydeligvis ikke tjek på noget af det - eller også har de alt for travlt. De er søde og smilende, men meget lidt hjælpsomme. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse for os.

Nice clean hotel, would stay again
Great little hotel. Just be aware that they have a few buildings in the area so your party might not all be in the same one if you've booked similar rooms. The staff were great and kept us all together. They even helped us book a tour of the town, a car to the cable cars and stored our luggage after check out. Super helpful! We didn't get the breakfast due to us wanting to sleep in.
Rooms could have been cleaner. Found hairs on the floor and on the bed other than that it was grand.
