    Tutto per il meglio

    Appartamento ben arredato e confortevole, con camere da letto grandi e accoglienti. Staff super disponibile ed attento alle richieste. In 10-15 minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro città. Il quartiere è popolare, ma tranquillo e nelle immediate vicinanze stanno realizzando un grande parco che renderà ancora più piacevole la passeggiata verso il centro. Fermata degli autobus per le varie città a pochi passi. Vicinato gentile e rassicurante.

    Fare le rampe dell'ampia scala interna per raggiungere il secondo piano (ma questo si sapeva)

    Short walk from Central station- which is airport bus drop off. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to historic centre. Air con to help in hot weather. Big bedrooms. Very detailed instructions with photos on how to access property from host who was quick to respond on whatsapp. Very clean property. Would stay here again.

    The only good thing was the communication with the office in charge of the communication. We stayed only one night of the 3 and left. The owner didn't give us a refund.

    The house: One double bed is ready to fall, the legs are really moving with every single move. We were at the top floor and the bathrooms, even if they were cleaned,smelled really bad through the sewer. The front door was damaged and maybe even broken in. You pass someone's balcony to get to the house after you unlock a big gate to keep thieves out maybe. To give credit to the cleaning crew, they cleaned the house, but the kitchenette had leftovers that we had to clean in order to make milk for our little one. The neighborhood is ok in daylight, but at night is at least sketchy for families with young children. It would get a 5 or 6 from me if everything was informed from the beginning. Even when it was uncertain due to mouth Etna that we would arrive the owner was not flexible. I much happily found and payed last minute stay for my remaining 2 nights elsewhere. At least I was hopping for a refund for the nights not used.
