    We enjoyed a fabulous holiday in the Algarve as the villa suited our needs for independence and flexibility (no set mealtimes etc). Communication prior to and throughout our stay from Mr Alves was excellent and very helpful as this was our first experience of renting a villa. The location for us was a little commercialised in terms of entertainment but very convenient for all local amenities. As for the villa itself it is situated in a quiet spot, with parking, swimming pool, nice garden/terrace space, BBQ area and a secure perimeter. Overall the decor of the villa is a little ‘tired’ but comfortable and has all the utilities necessary. Some very good restaurants within 3 minutes walk of the villa. Would definitely recommend for couples or a family of 4/6.
