Quiet and Chelsea when she showed up for work the following day. Chelsea was very attentive from the moment I met her.
No one was on call when issues arose or to ask questions. I addressed the bedet not working with Jaycee, never got a response from her or Sandra the innkeeper. I reached out to the host the day before I checked in and about 6:40 the day I arrived and didn’t get a response until almost four in the morning. Soap selections could have been bigger for the price of the stay(mini soaps and lotions which is fine if I could’ve gotten more)I opened one of the lotions and it was like water pouring out as soon as I opened it. It was freezing cold in the room, no way to have it turned down. The thermostat wasn’t visible to adjust. When I spend $300 for a night I expect everything to be able to have questions answered in a reasonable manner.

The property itself was beautiful, but it was more of a wedding venue. We went to sit in the back to enjoy the gardens but it was full of tables and chairs, taking the romance and intimacy out of our getaway. The breakfast was also underwhelming for a bed and breakfast. We had cold waffles, yogurt and berries. Same as we got the day before in our half price hotel that included breakfast.
