    I want my money back would’ve never stayed there ever! Extremely disappointed!

    Property was very clean

    Had no access to Wi-Fi or Internet. I had to work from home while out on 2 full days of income. The staff was absolutely zero help with solving the issue.

    Did not feel safe

    We do not know because we were not able to stay because of the people milling around inside of the gated area after 10pm when we arrived

    We did not like how unsafe feeling the apartment was with people milling around inside of the gated area and when I reached out to get a refund I was told they would not refund the three nights I had already paid for. We had to drive about 20 more minutes to find a hotel. I have never not stayed anywhere I had booked but there was no way I was risking my family's safety and really expected the owners to understand since they said they had cameras and would review them. They told me they would tell others they are not supposed to have parties but that did not help the fact that I had to pay regardless.
