    Warm, welcoming and great location !

    We had the comfortability of privacy while being close to town. Beds were sooo comfortable, property was open and welcoming, stayed warm once heat pump was off. Amenities were in good condition.

    Street parking - close to a school so street parking after 7am - 4/5pm was abit tricky, allocated parking on property was alright.. just abit inconvenient since the entry door is closer to street parking.

    Excellent location walking distance to most places you needed to go for shops and restaurants

    Very comfortable, all furniture and kitchen items were modern and easy to use Nice touch was the coffee and chocolate biscuits

    Loved the location it was very handy to everything we needed. The look & feel of the place was great, it was warm and tidy. Would come back if we were to return to New Plymouth.

    The Shower Head was broken, so the shower was very disappointing.
