  Well...

  Nacho, who met us on arrival and handed us the keys, was very nice and informative..

  The apartment needs a revamp. Paint was chipping off the wall in the living room by the window. The shower caulking at the base was black. There was no place in the shower to put your soap/shampoo etc. other than the floor, and the shower was so small you almost had to open the door to pick the soap up from the ground. The sheets were old and knobby, not at all crisp. The air conditioning in the bedroom doesn't work and the ceiling fan was covered in a very thick layer of dust. The neighborhood is very working class which is fine but not what one expects on vacation, as there are no nice restaurants or cafes close by. It's at least a 20 minute walk to the beach. The building opposite is being rebuilt so lots of noise due to tiles being cut, cement being mixed, etc. We rented a car and left for 4 days to save our vacation.

  The apartman is nearby the underground station and the bus stop. There are good shops: Lidl, mercadona (supermarket), chinese market. The nearest beach is around 10 minutes by walk. There are cafes, restaurants, bars there. The local transportation is good. There are undergrounds, buses, trains. The airport is nearby. The city is good to visit museums, restaurants, theatre, the Alcazaba or the marina, local fruit market. The flat is enough for 2 or 3 people. There is a lift there. The refrigerator is large, it has a freezer compartment.

  The apartment is in a place where are not so much trees and parks. 1. The Sun reaches the flat everywhere and it makes hot inside. We use almost all day the airconditionar. 2. There is no balcony real. There is only a railing at the window. You can't sit out on the balcony.to sitting in a chair and drink coffee. It's a pity. 3. The street at night (until 1-2 a.m.) is so noisy because the local people and the youngers are being in the street and talking so loud or watching in the soccer play in the bar. There was a washing machine. 4. But there was not available a clother drying rack inside the flat..There was a little rack outside the window. And we can not use it, because a cleaner lady put there the cleaned towels. In the list of the apartmant equipments wrote: there is a drying rack there. So we did not wash until that time. 5.. The folding drying rack will be good to be there to put there the towels after showering. We put them to the chairs. 6. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. We pressed the button on the remote control in vain. Let's see why it does not work. 7. There was no remote control for the air conditioner in the bedroom. So there is also hot cause of it. Outside the street was really hot all day, about 30 Celsius degree.

  Leuk en cosy appartementje nabij het strand

  De ligging. Op wandelafstand van het strand

  Er waren en aantal gebrekken aan de woning maar wij hebben dit niet doorgegeven doordat wij ook niet vaak binnen zaten.

  La ubicación. La atención de Gema y Nacho, muy pendientes de ayudar en todo momento.

  Que no hubiera microondas, hay un horno, que nosotros particularmente no necesitábamos. Hubiéramos preferido microondas.
