    The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos—everything is very neat and clean. It has everything you need for a peaceful stay, and the location is great—close to parks, the library, and an art gallery.

    Bel appartement bien placé et très bien équipé mais attention aux bruits de la ville et des voisins

    Bel appartement spacieux dans un bâtiment historique, bien situé et très bien équipé.

    Comme on est en pleine ville et que l'isolation acoustique est mauvaise (bâtiment historique), attendez-vous à entendre les bruits des travaux et fêtes à côté (un bistro juste en bas) et des voisins du dessus (appt 6D) assez bruyants (bruit des pas, des meubles, etc.). Dommage car l'appartement est très bien.

    Excellent stay in a good, central location in Auckland. The management is really outstanding! I had some questions beforehand, which they were happy to solve in a very professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Also, the instructions on how to reach and enter the property were exceptionally clear and easy to follow.
