    Location and city view balcony was great.

    Bed matress is get old. I reckon time to replace it. Other thing was all good enough.

    The apartment was small but nice and had everything I needed in a great loctation.

    The apartment is really close to everything which was great.

    I advised the owner of the property prior to arrival I would not have access to the app and can only be contacted by phone or email. I tried several times to contact the owner and left a voice mail and text to enquire about returning the key on departure but they did not reply to any of my contacts. I then contacted keynest and was advised by them to either leave the key in the apartment which was not possible as I needed the key to exit the property or leave the key where I collected it from but it was over Easter and the shop was closed. Keynest then advised to leave the key under the door of the shop which I did. Later in the day after I had returned to my home the owner contacted me to enquire where I left the key which I had already advised them via voice mail and text but they did not listen to or read where the key was left. They did not seem to be very happy about that. They advised me I should have left the key in the mail box which I was never advised of. The owner needs a better system for key collection and return. Even the notice on the back of the front door had incorrect information on it regarding key return.
