    Good as a base

    Good Location Having towels and the bed comfortable. Fans in the rooms added bonus as was a very hot weekend.

    Crockery and utensil ratio to guest numbers don’t correlate. Floors not clean and dusty, and cobwebs. Handle on shower door kept coming off.

    Cleanliness, maintenance of property not good. Noise from other guests on upper floor was not good.
