    The location was great, the apartment is spacious and near a shop.

    The AC didnt work in the bedroom and theres no handle on the washing machine. The apartment needed a deep clean, theres pigeon feces and green algae on the balcony. We contacted the owners they said they'd send a technician no one came. When I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience they made a load of excuses and put everything back on me. I wouldn't recommend staying here its too expensive for what you get. All the things ive listed could easily be fixed they just couldn't be bothered.

    A stressful and disappointing stay with ongoing problems instead of a relaxing holiday.

    The location was convenient, and the apartment was spacious

    Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet normal standards of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. The bathroom bin had not been emptied, the hand soap seemed separated and felt very harsh on the skin, proper bedding was initially missing,Even the pillows are extremely old, worn out, and should be replaced,they cost very little compared to the price guests are paying. The second bedroom was so hot that we had to sleep in the living room. In temperatures above 30°C, a fan is simply not enough to make the room usable. The washing machine was also has been broken , and throughout the stay I had to keep messaging about one problem after another. A holiday should be relaxing, not spent constantly reporting issues and asking for basic problems to be fixed.
