    L'appartement est grand, très bien équipé pour un long séjour. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. La climatisation est dans toutes les pièces. Une immense terrasse et un balcon au niveau des chambres. La salle de bain a été refaite récemment. Il y a même des adaptateurs pour prises européenne s. Idéalement placé à 50m de l'avenue Kapparys, des restaurants et commerces et proches des plages à pied. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable dans le secteur pour la superficie, l'emplacement et les équipements.

    L'appartement a été refait mais le quartier est un peu à l'abandon.. il n'y a pas de lumière dans les escaliers avant le deuxième étage, prudence en rentrant de nuit, l'escalier est un peu raide, il faut prévoir une lumière. Il y a deux chambres, dans l'une le matelas est bon, dans l'autre il est un peu fatigué.
