Family travelling to Washington D.C. by car
Clean and spacious, good location and very convenient to have off-street parking, safe and quiet neighbourhood close to police station, short walk to convenience store. No hesitation in recommending staying there.
There was a delay in receiving the check-in instructions however host was able to assist once we were able to make contact. For first-timers in D.C. be prepared for the rat problem in the city as a whole.

La taille des chambres L’hôte met à disposition plusieurs produits et denrées Proximité avec le bus ( ligne D40) pratique pour les visites La place de parking
Pas de fenêtre dans la pièce de vie puisque le logement est en sous-sol mais pas gênant si comme nous vous n’y êtes que pour dormir Poubelles envahies par les rats a l’arrière du bâtiment

Cute place, great host, everything you need for a family.
The property is nicely placed just north about 10 minutes from all the touristy stuff. I liked that it was close to police station. It was very close to good eats too. I also liked that we had a dedicated parking spot.
