    Sandra's mother, Sandra and her sister were so cooperative and so nice. Location of the property and Gardenia compound itself

    Several maintenance issues were already present upon my arrival and need to be addressed. Broken shower arm: The shower arm is visibly broken and had not been repaired before my arrival. Gas water heater: The gas water heater appears to be quite old and shows visible signs of wear around the underside. Given that this is a gas appliance, it should be properly inspected and maintained by a qualified technician to ensure safe and reliable operation. Very weak kitchen water flow: The water flow from the kitchen tap is extremely weak. This appears to require an inspection of the tap, water connections and/or the relevant plumbing, as the issue may not simply be related to the tap itself. Considering the condition of the property and these existing maintenance issues, I also feel that the amount charged was significantly higher than what would reasonably be expected for a property in this condition. In other words, the property was effectively overpriced in relation to its actual condition and the level of maintenance required.

    Wonderful stay

    Perfect location, modern and very well maintained apartment. Hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommended and would happily stay again.
