    Lovely house and great hosts

    Great hosts, beautiful house. It was a nice touch to have milk, tea, coffee etc and a welcome bottle of sparkling! Great communications and spotless. Its a premium airbnb and so often the basic aren't provided in equivalent properties. Its the thoughtful little things that elevate a stay - and this wonderful property ticked all the boxes

    The property was perfect for our trip. We were a group of work colleagues and it made the ideal base.

    There was nothing we didn’t like, we were slightly worried that only one bathroom would be an issue but it really wasn’t. Would certainly book again.

    great location just check nothing happening opposite in the square as you will get little sleep

    location of the property was great

    music festival in the square opposite went on till 3am and few issues with things broken when we arrived at the property also socket on wall not fixed back , we were starting work at 5am with little sleep

    Great location, quiet area and Hove and Brighton very accessible on foot. Thank you Xavier

    Xavier was an excellent host, he answered any questions very promptly prior to our stay and met us at the house with keys and explained everything. The location and house facilities were excellent, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen with complimentary goodies. We would definitely book again.

    An additional toilet would really help when occupying all 4 bedrooms, but not a problem we managed.
