I was left without any accommodation for the night when the company called me 3 hours after my check in time and told me that someone was already in the property…. After they took £1160 payment and £200 security deposit from me two days before… to make matters worse booking.com can’t give you a instant refund and the hold on my credit card couldn’t be instantly lifted… GREAT Work guys 😂👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
