Nice but a bit far
It’s very pretty the kitchen and the bathroom and it’s nice to be there
It’s not that centric, the bus that comes there is not that frecuent

Quiet and away from tourist traps, but still very good proximity through bus or walking
I liked how smooth the check-in/out was; we came in late at night and we got buzzed in + given instructions for the door code. For checkout we just had to leave the key in the lockbox. Another thing I loved about the place is that its proximity to everything. Me and my partner walked to the busiest tourist spots (uffizi, vecchio, etc.) and were there in under 25 mins and we always enjoyed the walk. The place is also conveniently located, 10-15 mins away by bus from basilica san miniato and piazzale michelangelo which is a great sunspot with music and just people having a great time. At night, in just under 5 mins you can hang out in the nearby bars where it's slightly out of the tourist traps and is more local. The place also has everything you need: washing machine, dryer, microwave, small cooking stove, utensils, even basics such as oil and salt.
Mosquitoes, but we were also in Milan and it was the same (restaurants & accommodation) because it's that time for the country I guess. The apartment could probably benefit from something that wards of mosquitoes.

El diseño de la habitación y limpieza del apartamento. Muchas plantas, buen wifi. Aunque está a la otra orilla del Arno también puedes ver lugares bonitos, como Pitti, Bóboli... y estás a 20 min del Duomo
Todo muy bien. Por decir algo hubiésemos preferido una cafetera italiana en vez de la tipo embudo, ya que estamos en italia

Super emplacement, petite attention (eau fraiche et goûter dans le frigo). L'appartement était frais (clime allumée avant notre arrivée). Des prises, adaptateurs et bases de chargements dans toutes les pièces très appréciable.
