    Positiv: - Sauberkeit - Schöne, stilvolle Einrichtung

    Negativ: - Wohnung ist sehr klein (v.a. das Badezimmer) - Lage im 5. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug mit sehr engem Treppenhaus - Zu den nächsten U-Bahn-Stationen sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg - Check-in ist eine Katastrophe - Wir standen nach einer langen Anreise abends über 2h vor der verschlossenen Tür und hatten eine sehr nervenaufreibende Auseinandersetzung mit dem Unternehmen, das mit dem Check-in beauftragt ist (Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, mittels PIN oder Passwort an einen Schlüssel für das Gebäude zu kommen und auch keine Information darüber, wo zu klingeln ist. Als wir kamen, war niemand vor Ort, um aufzumachen, es gab keinen Ansprechpartner, der verlässliche Auskünfte geben konnte, keine Kontaktperson, nur eine Hotline, die man immer und immer wieder anrufen konnte und die uns glauben ließ, wir seien hier einem Betrug aufgesessen. Alles in allem wirklich nicht zu empfehlen, wobei ich auch erwähnen muss, dass es zumindest eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten und eine Entschädigung in Höhe von 19 Euro gab.)

    Good location for family of 3

    Quite well organized apartament . The terrace was just perfect.

    The neighborhood is a mix of Mexican, peruan, dominicans, indians etc which makes it a challange to find regular places to eat.
