  Lovely flat

  Great location - right opposite the beautiful botanic gardens, 20 minute walk to city centre, 5 mins to the metro station, 5 mins to supermarket/ bakery, 10 mins to the Grünerløkka district with shops, cafes etc. Flat itself is nicely done out and cosy with all you need. The owner was responsive and helpful.

  It was not a problem for us but be aware if you are more than two people that the second bedroom is effectively the living room so you need to get the beds out in the evening.

  Ok plek voor twee personen maar dan zeker veel te duur

  Bedden waren comfortabel.

  Het is eigenlijk een one bedroom apartment met matrassen op de grond in de woonkamer. Het voelde niet heel gastvrij door de vele waarschuwingen en regels over het appartement. Er wordt een forse borg gevraagd voor een appartement wat minimaal is toegerust. De foto’s zijn veel frisser dan het in werkelijkheid is. Er waren daarnaast geen thee of handdoeken in de keuken aanwezig. De prijs van het appartement is ook niet in verhouding tot wat er wordt geboden.

  Lovely place in a lovely location

  Nice apartment, comfortable, lovely multi-cultural neighbourhood with many great food options. When I expressed concern about the app the host asked me to install for deposit transfer (note the fine print in the conditions), and the appalling privacy policy of the app they asked me to install to open the doors, the host kindly found a solution that didn’t require either.

  The fact that the exact same apartment was suddenly a lot more expensive when we wanted to bring an extra person.

  The apartment is very pleasant and well equipped. It is bright, well decorated and comfortable. Transport is easily accessed and the neighbourhood is quiet but with a small supermarket nearby and a restaurant and wine bar a street away. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker/dishwasher/fridge freezer etc which we did not need as we were there at a conference but which would be useful under other circumstances.

  The property has two bedrooms with a sitting area in one. As I was travelling with a work colleague this was mostly used as a bedroom for privacy which meant communal space was confined to the kitchen area which is small. There is no TV in the apartment which I would have missed if I had been travelling for pleasure. The entrance to the building is grubby and could do with upgrading. It gives a bad impression which is not deserved.
