Ottima posizione ma struttura da rivedere.
La posizione. La struttura si trova a 100 mt dalla fermata arrojos. In pochi minuti si può raggiungere il centro di lisbona. Zona ricca di servizi, supermercati, ristoranti, ecc... Struttura ampia, con tre camere da letto. Cucina attrezzata. La pulizia generale
La struttura si trova sulla strada principale, al primo piano, molto trafficata. Quindi ci sono rumori continui, anche di notte. Abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi alle orecchie. Troppo rumore. Ogni volta che si apre l acqua, il contatore fa un rumore assurdo, molto fastidioso. Mi pare assurdo avere il contatore dentro casa. Rumori continui dall'interno del palazzo.il tutto rende l esperienza molto poco rilassante. Affacciandosi alla finestra interna, al piano di sotto vive una colonia di topi che si muovono liberamente tra un giardino e l altro. Veramente uno schifo. .

Die werkzaamheden en contact met eigenaar hebben veel invloed gehad op bezoek waardoor het niet zo fijn was.
Mooie badkamer en keuken, 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 zonder raam. Overal airco. Metro in de buurt aan drukke weg, je zit zo in centrum.
Er staat een woonkamer maar die is er niet. Je kan allen in de keuken zitten met elkaar op een krukje. Het bevind zich aan een drukke weg maar daar had je geen last van, wel hoorde je de metro elke paar minuten onder je doorrijden. Er waren er ernstige werkzaamheden beneden in De kelder wat begon om half 9 tot 20:30 in de avond! Het was super gehorig kon Letterlijk verstaan wat er gezegd werd en ze waren op buizen aan het slaan met apparaten bezig die zoveel overlast bezorgde dat ik op mijn bed zat te trillen. We zijn van ellende weg gegaan. Contact opgenomen met de eigenaar, die was niet in de stad zou snel contact opnemen, heeft hij nooit meer gedaan. Zelfs op feestdag waren ze nog bezig en ziet er naar uit dat het nog wel even duurt! Vind het met name asociaal dat iemand niets meer van zich laat horen.
