    I'm being generous with a 4

Beds, linen, towels bathroom and kirltchen were clean. The essential. No value for money, house warm (we couldn't open 2 windows) and dirt everywhere

I think the pictures speak for themself

    Excellent water pressure, lovely stay

It was super close to Birmingham and we got our value for money. No issues getting into the accommodation. The beds were comfortable, best shower pressure I've ever had in accommodation, and over all we had a lovely stay.

Bring your own loo roll, baking trays and washing up equipment, we were provided one roll between 6 of us for 4 days. We also requested bedding for the sofa bed, what was provided was a single fluffy blanket. So bring extra pillows and an undersheet if you require use of this.

Just an overnight stay. The house was simply furnished but centrally located, clean and bright.

The advertised hot tub was nowhere to be seen.

20min from centre and very peaceful neighbourhood. House was clean and big enough for our group of 7 (5 + 2 kids)

The layout of the property was very good

The cleaning of the property was not good. There were cobwebs in almost every corner of the house. The mattress of the bed was not good.
