An attractive, well maintained property of good value. Excellent communication with the hosts.
It was very spacious for just 2 of us and well equipped with attractive decor and furniture. It was generally clean with well laundered linen and towels. Tea and coffee were supplied as well as handwash. The back garden area was immaculate.
The downstairs double room is a little small and lends itself more to a single. I would have given 10 but the fridge, a kitchen cupboard and the front of the property would benefit from a deeper clean. It was quite a distance from the harbour area but my fault for not doing thorough homework of the area. These are minor points and would not prevent me from staying again.

Perfect house for our stay with a family of 6!
Great location, just a few minutes to Poole Quay, Poole Harbour and Sandbanks. Was a superb for exploring the local area. The layout of the property worked really well for us with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with bathroom facilities nearby as we had a disabled family member. Our 3 teenage children could share the triple room too. The spa bath and ceiling fan upstairs were great.
Can’t really complain about anything much. Was all very clean and spacious. A mirror in the main upstairs bedroom would have been helpful. Some of the lamps were without bulbs. Teabags and coffee were thoughtfully left for us. A pint of milk in fridge upon our arrival would have been great so we could make an arrival cuppa.

Good and clean facilities. Efficient responses to any queries. Love the jacuzzi upstairs.
For some reason when we arrived the hot water from the shower downstairs was not coming so I started panicking. But the next morning everything was fine.

Overall very nice spacious house. Plenty of room for the family and all facilities available.
Difficulties with oven as a knob was loose. Oven could do with a clean

Exceptionally clean and spacious but no shower pressure
Clean, very spacious and thoughtful with areas and kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery
Worst shower experience with no water pressure !
