    Villa vẫn còn rất mới và đầy đủ tiện nghi, phù hợp cho gia đình.

    Villa còn rất mới, giá hợp lý so với các căn khác cùng khu Oceanami. Phòng khách rất rộng và có bếp đầy đủ dụng cụ ăn uống, nấu nướng, gia vị,… rất phù hợp cho gia đình quây quần bên nhau và tự nấu nướng hải sản tươi sống. Khu resort có bãi biển riêng, hồ bơi chung rất rộng, vị trí thuận tiện đi dạo qua đèo Nước Ngọt hoặc đi xe đến Phước Hải ăn hải sản.

    Không liên quan đến căn villa này, nhưng dịch vụ xe điện của resort dễ bị quá tải vào giờ cao điểm check-in hoặc check-out, tài xế không đến khách gọi xe hoặc từ chối chở khách gặp trực tiếp.
