  Location was the best 200 meters from all attractions. Very central and a bus that goes to train stations just outside.

  Nice comfortable apartment with two bathrooms. Beautiful tablecloth all Italian cities 😊

  The floor was very dirty with black long hair flying around. Probably wasn’t washed in 6 months.

  BEWARE of the non-refundable

  The location was great but we only stayed one day...there are plenty of hotels that offer better service at a great price.

  The apartment had 2 mini split a/c that never cooled, it remained at 39°C and the loft which has a skylight was like an oven. The apartment furnishings are old, but not antique old, just crappy old, stained cushions, sinking seats, stained matress cover. Both showers had mold or mildew stains. The bathroom floor needed a good scrub. They say it was all clean but with all the stained things it gives you an icky feeling.We gave it 24 hrs hoping the night would cool off and allow the a/c to kick in but it only worked as a fan. When we informed the landlord we were moving she responded with okay but no refunds. BEWARE!!! Also, a big reason for leaving apart from the heat, it did not say anywhere that apartment was on the 4th floor with no elevator. I have a torn meniscus. Imagine walking up 4 flights of stairs with your luggage only to find the a/c doesn't work. Deceptive advertising. We ended up paying 6 nights and only using one night there but we did end up finding a nice hotel in Florence with friendly people, elevators, gym, free breakfast, and ICE COLD a/c!!!

  Неоднократно посещаю Флоренцию, самые худшие апартаменты в моей истории, сделала чекин онлайн, после мне написали сделать еще фото у отца с документами, я все сделала, после вышли со мной на связь через ватсап и требовали за чек Ин за 30 мин опоздание дополнительную плату, я сказала ок, но по приезду не встретил меня никто, не отвечал не на звонки не на сообщения, я уставшая ждала у двери пришел просто код без объяснений даже этажа, на людные вопросы просто огромный игнор, квартира старая ничего в ней особенного, даже пришлось адаптер покупать от евро на итальянский, самый удачный и оскорбительный мой опыт

  Good place, terrible beds

  The location is perfect, near everything you may want to visit at Florence. Supermarket near the apartment, and a pretty complete kitchen with everything you need.

  The beds are horrible. The double bed is in fact 2 single beds joined and don't expect they are even comfortable enough. They tend to separate at the middle of the night, no way people can sleep there "together" at all. Additionally all the pillows are also pretty bad. Really, for this price and considering the other aspects of the apartment, I was pretty disappointed.

  Toe aan een opknapbeurt.

  Lokatie plus de grootte van het appartement

  Er was geen lift zials bekend maar het waren in de hitte heel veel trappen voor mensen met koffers. Minimalistische inrichting zoals slechts 2 borden en 2 messen. Klein tv-tje. Badkamers zijn erg toe aan een opknapbeurt. Er zat schimmel in de voegen. Deksel van de prullenbak was kapot.
