גלעד המארח היה שירותי ואדיב בצורה בלתי רגילה. הדירה מעוצבת, נקייה ונוחה ובעיקר קרובה לאוניברסיטה, מה שהיה נחוץ לנו. היינו 4 אורחות, גלעד התעניין האם נצטרך את הספה הנפתחת בסלון ודאג למצעים עבורה. השכונה אינה מהמשובחות בבאר שבע, אבל מול הבניין יש פארק מקסים ויש מכולות קרובות. בכל מקרה, כשנכנסים לדירה היא יפה ונעימה והחוץ כבר לא רלוונטי.

i would rent this apartment again without any hesitation
the property is very spacious,i would say it is the most specious property in Beer Sheva that I saw for the last five years. the property has two full bathrooms that is very convenient if you are not travel alone. The host is very accommodating. The host provides all the necessary bathroom amenities for the initial period. The apartment is located in a very convenient place with easy access to all the essential stores. Parking is free and located right outside the apartment windows.
