  Очень уютная квартира, имеется все необходимое

  Добавьте, пожалуйста, одноразовые тапочки, полы холодные. И при самостоятельном заселении Гугл карта по адресу выводила совершенно другое здание, поэтому немного заблудились. Было бы отлично отправлять хозяину фото/видео квартиру снаружи и в какую именно квартиру заходить, потому что ни номеров, ни каких либо указателей на дверях нет, ищешь на ощупь

  Very disappointing – nothing like the reviews suggest I chose this apartment mainly because of the positive Booking.com reviews. After staying here, I honestly cannot understand how those reviews reflect the actual experience. Communication with the host is very difficult. Booking messages are answered very late, and although check-in instructions are automated, you still need to call the host to actually access the key. If they answer, they remotely open the door so you can reach the key inside. The biggest problems: • No air conditioning – only an open window and a tiny fan. In hot weather, this is nowhere near enough. • Extremely low ceiling upstairs – you literally cannot walk normally and have to move around bent over. • Trams cause the apartment/bed area to noticeably vibrate every time they pass. The tram stop is right next to the building, and unless you are a very deep sleeper, sleeping comfortably is extremely difficult. • Unreliable Wi-Fi, disconnecting repeatedly throughout the day. • Very poor water flow from the kitchen tap. • Slow and difficult communication with the host. My impression is that the apartment is managed remotely and is not checked often enough in person. Some of these issues would be obvious with a simple inspection. I booked this property because the reviews gave me a completely different impression. The reality was very different. Future guests should know exactly what they are booking: no air conditioning, an extremely low upper-floor ceiling, unstable Wi-Fi, tram vibrations affecting sleep, maintenance issues, and difficult communication with the host. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

  Odadaki klima son derece yetersiz ve gürültülü idi. Sadece klima çevresini soğutabiliyordu ilk gece sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Özellikle klima çevresinde ve duş bölgesinde belirgin küfler vardı. Bunu ev sahibine de yazdım ve fotoğraflarını çektim. Küflü bir odada kalmak kesinlike kabul edilebilir bir şey değil mutlaka ele alınması gerekir. Odadaki vantilatörde tozluydu. Bunlar bizim için olumsuz durumlardı.

  Comfortable, convenient, handy.

  Excellent location for access to University. Well appointed. Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the uni.

  Loft bed is a good use of space but a little awkward to get in and out as you cannot stand up fully in the loft. Washing machine would be handy. It was very hot outside and quite hot inside as well. Please consider including bowls (e.g. for cereal), as well as plates! Initial access was a bit of a mission, but no problems after that.
