    lovely retreat

    Room for everyone. Kids loved the game room and bunkbeds, the matriarch enjoyed the ground level room, more bedrooms upstairs and an ADU. Hot tub was lovely, pool table as well.

    A little dicey for those not used to narrow one lane roads winding up into the hills, but I was the only one in our party who noticed. Not a big deal.

    Wonderful spot for a getaway!

    Location is wonderful. 2 hours from foggy sf, 5 minute drive to downtown Guerneville, nestled in the redwoods with a sunny deck and a pool. Perfect!

    It’s affordable for a group with everyone chipping in. It would be expensive for a family.

    Perfect property for a family gathering!

    We visited as a family of eight adults, and the property was perfect for our needs—plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a heated pool for relaxing, a pool table and lots of board games for competing, and the best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever encountered in a rental property. We also loved how close the property was to all the places we wanted to visit—the river, the redwoods, the ocean, and of course the breweries and wineries!
