  Location was very nice. The apartment is modern and clean with everything that we needed.

  The mattress on the bed was not very nice, especially for a larger person.

  With some maintenance, attention to detail and a good cleaning this apartment could be 5 star rating

  Excellent location, good size apartment and balcony. Reliable Wifi

  We arrived at the property to find that the key lockbox was unmarked. Standing on a very busy footpath with luggage trying to find the right lockbox was not a good start. There is an exposed water pipe halfway across the doorway creating a trip hazard. On getting in we were met with a steep staircase with no handrail. This was not mentioned in the apartment details. The lift starts from the first floor. Twice during our stay the lift broke down so had to use the stairs however this was a risk as the stairway landing lights are on a motion sensor and go off after a very short time throwing the stairway into darkness. It appears that the lift is often out of action based on the call out log on the notice board. After getting into the apartment could not make a cup of tea as the kettle and all the other appliances are fitted with a 2 pin round plug whereas the sockets are 3 pin square and there was no adaptors provided. We tried to contact the property manager but the contact phone number was unobtainable on WhatsApp but would work if texting. Adaptors were requested but took a week to provide so had to buy one ourselves. The apartment had not been cleaned properly and litter was found in bedroom drawers. There were no basic cleaning materials provided so again had to buy ourselves. The floors were very dirty and obviously not been cleaned after the last occupants. In the bedroom there is no protector on either the mattress or pillows, the sheets are too small and one had a hole in it. In the bathroom and laundry/toilet there are no toilet roll holders or towel rails or hooks. Both toilet seats are crooked and the ceiling lights consist of a dim bare bulb. We were provided with one bath towel and hand towel each for a 2 week stay, and one tea towel. There is plenty of wardrobe space however to use the top rail you need to be 2 metres tall. The iron provided did not work and it took a week to get a replacement.
