    Easy to access and it’s very convenient. There’s a lot of restaurant around the places. You also can go to nagoya hill mall by walking.

    Family Batam Trip

    So many options for food downstairs.. Very spacious apartment.. My family members truly enjoyed the stay..

    The TV has a slight issue most of the time.. Seems not connected or lost the connection from the wifi regularly.. A small wardrobe or cupboard will be good for the room with the double deck bed..

    Tolong Improvekan hygiene dan maintainance. Location ok.

    Location bagus. Dekat dengan Indomaret dan Alfa mart.Senang nak beli makanan.

    Toilet utama berbau kurang enak. Toilet no3 bau kepam sehingga meyebabkan bau di ruang tamu dan dapur bau kepam. Toilet no 3 jugak x bersih .Terpaksa bukak pintu sliding untuk hilangkan bau. Plastik sampah extra tidak disediakan. Langsir di sliding tercabut(not properly maintain).lampu master bedroom terkelip kelip masa baru on. Lepas seminit baru ok setiap kali on suis. Iron board kecil je disediakan. Langsir di ruang tamu tercarik carik dan kotor, not properly maintain. Harga apartment agak mahal dengan kekurangan yang disebutkan.

    Location is strategy with many restaurant nearby. All within the walking distance

    Big but quite old

    3 bedroom with 3 bathroom

    Quite old and got weird smell.. Water heater capacity is not enough if 2 people using the bathroom. After few minutes, there isn't hot water.
