    Although the location was good, the stay was seriously affected by extremely poor communication, disorganised check-in a

    The location was good and convenient for exploring Lisbon.

    Communication and organisation were extremely poor. We received access details for only one apartment and had to wait a long time for the host to respond. The second apartment was at a completely different address, despite the host claiming it was in the same building. The steep, narrow stairs were also difficult and unsafe, especially for children, older guests and anyone carrying heavy luggage. Overall, the check-in process was stressful and unacceptable.

    Perfect stay in Lisbon.

    Excellent location, near centre but also in fabulous neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. Apartment was quiet though. Loved the fresh bread every morning.

    There was a tap or cistern dripping all night maybe from room above. Could hear neighbours above. Steep stairs!
