    Общо взето всичко без катеренето на 200 метра почти отвесни улици.

    Разположението,беше доста високо ,а и студиото беше на третия етаж...И,традиционно за Сандански,липсваха комарници, което си е проблем за човек, който не употребява климатик през нощта или през деня.
