בעלים מקסים, מקום נקי, מאובזר ביותר
ישנתי ב-לימונית ( I slept in Limonit ). הגעתי לערד בלי רכב בליל ה 25 ביוני במטרה להשתתף למחרת במירוץ 17 ק"מ ערד - מצדה - בזריחה, כשהתברר שאין אף מונית שתיקח אותי ב3 בלילה להפתעתי הרבה, בעל הצימר הציע סידור : אני אקח אותך ברכב שלי לקו הזינוק. אני אזכור תמיד את החוויה המאתגרת שעברתי מהמירוץ במדבר, ואודה לבעל הצימר היקר שוויתר על השעות שינה שלו בשבילי כל חיי (אחרת הייתי מפסיד הרבה כסף גם על ההרשמה למירוץ וכו'). המקום מצוחצח, מטבח מאובזר להפליא (למרות שלא השתמשתי בכלום כי לא היה לי זמן). היו 2 טלויזיות (!) והרבה שקעי חשמל, מיטה נוחה, ו2 כורסאות ופינות ישיבה משותפות בחוץ עם ספסל-נדנדה.

הכל היה מעולה - המארח, הצימר והמיקום
המקום היה מרווח ונוח וכלל מטבחון מאובזר - מקרר, קומקום, כלים; סלון קטן ומרפסת, חדר שירותים ומקלחת נוח מאוד. המיטה והכריות היו נוחות, מזגנים בכל חדר למרות שהיה נעים בערבים ובלילות ולא השתמשתי בהם כמעט, רשתות על כל החלונות. היתרון הגדול לערב - טלויזיה חכמה בחדר שינה ולא כבלים. והדבר שהיה הכי חשוב בעיניי זה האדיבות של יוסי - הוא היה תמיד זמין לענות, נענה במהירות לכל בקשה הכי קטנה, מאוד מנומס ונעים ואפילו דאג לדברים שהפכו את החוויה שלי ל"וואו" כמו אבטיח קר וטעים אחרי יום טיולים ארוך או מתנה קטנה למזכרת. המיקום היה מרכזי - בסביבה סופרים קטנים, תחנה מרכזית במרחק הליכה, הבר המפוסם "מוזה" שפתוח בשישי שבת ומבשלת בירה קטנה "השיטה" ברובע האומנים עם בירה כהה לא מסוננת הכי טעימה שטעמתי.
