    One of the most memorable stays in my long history of travelling - a rare mix of comfort, location and hospitality

    The property is gorgeous - all mod cons in a traditional hanok building - but what sets it apart is the kindness and hospitality of Ella, the host. I was unfortunate to suffer an injury at the start of my stay and she couldn’t do enough for me. On the day of departure, there were road closures due to a marathon taking place and her husband took me to the train station. Location- wise, it couldn’t be better. In a quiet lane, close to the main tombs in the historic centre.
